SURARAS DO TAPAJÓS
É o primeiro grupo de carimbó de mulheres indígenas do Brasil. Apresentam canções autorais e grandes sucessos da música da Amazônia, ao tocar e cantar levantam as pautas voltadas aos direitos da mulher, preservação do meio ambiente, a defesa dos territórios e dos povos originários. O palco torna-se uma vitrine de suas vivências e da musicalidade da floresta. Através da arte, fazem ecoar a voz das mulheres indígenas para além dos seus territórios.

Suraras do Tapajós is the first carimbó group of indigenous women in Brazil. They perform original songs and great hits from Amazonian music. While playing and singing, they raise the agenda for women's rights, environmental preservation, and the defense of territories and indigenous peoples. the stage becomes a showcase of their experiences and the musicality of the forest. Through art, they make the voice of indigenous women echo beyond their territories.
